Description

You will establish a performance center of excellence and drive shift-left initiatives to identify bottlenecks before script development.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on application, JVM, and architecture to support shift-left performance identification.
• Develop performance test suites based on Non-Functional Requirements and application usage patterns.
• Create performance test plans for stakeholder review and approval.
• Execute test suites across feature applications and downstream systems, including mainframe environments.
• Monitor application performance using toolsets to ensure adherence to established SLAs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Performance Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of advanced performance testing using LoadRunner and BlazeMeter.
• 5+ years of advanced performance monitoring using Dynatrace.
• 3+ years of API testing using JMeter.
• 3+ years of log analysis using Splunk.
• 1+ years of exposure to Java.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mainframe application testing.
