Drive performance engineering and ensure application stability through rigorous testing and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Identify application performance defects and provide formal test sign-offs for releases.
• Analyze and triage infrastructure or application issues during production calls.
• Collaborate with global teams to provide actionable performance feedback.
• Communicate test results and technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools including Dynatrace and DataDog.
• Experience with AWS and EKS cloud technologies.
• Ability to write and run SQL queries for data analysis and monitoring.
• Experience integrating continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Background working in Agile environments.
