Description

You will own the performance engineering lifecycle for critical applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies including load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Develop and execute performance test cases and scripts to validate application behavior under various workloads.
• Leverage Azure services and AppDynamics to track application performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and alerts using Grafana for real-time insights.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend remediation.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in performance engineering and non-functional testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments for performance testing and monitoring.
• Proficiency in AppDynamics and Grafana for monitoring and visualization.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming using Java and/or Python for test automation.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, system performance metrics, and capacity planning.
• Experience executing Test Case Design and execution.
• Familiarity with integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional cloud performance monitoring tools beyond Azure and AppDynamics.
