Lead performance testing strategy and drive application performance improvements through deep bottleneck analysis and tuning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance test strategies, designs, and workload models based on non-functional requirements.
• Perform bottleneck analysis across infrastructure, application, and system levels.
• Execute performance monitoring and profiling to identify system constraints and provide actionable tuning recommendations.
• Recommend test methodologies and strategic directions for testing lifecycle improvements.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, VSTS, or SOASTA.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Tivoli, or SiteScope.
• Experience with analytic tools including Omniture or Google Analytics.
• Ability to perform deep-dive bottleneck analysis at the system level.
• Experience eliciting non-functional requirements for large-scale testing.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming in Java or C++.
• Experience with Mobile App Development or Mobile Performance Testing.
• Background in Ecommerce performance testing.
