Description

You will own performance engineering for our applications, ensuring scalability and reliability through rigorous testing and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute performance tests using NeoLoad to validate application scalability.
• Continuously test, monitor, and recommend fixes to maintain application performance standards.
• Identify bottlenecks early and recommend optimizations for resource utilization.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage non-functional requirements (NFRs) and perform extrapolation for future capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in performance engineering.
• 3+ years of specific experience in performance testing using NeoLoad, including scripting.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load and stress testing.
• Experience performing end-to-end (E2E) performance testing for assigned projects.
• Experience with NFR management and extrapolation.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• NeoLoad certification.
