Description

You will own the design and execution of performance testing strategies for critical services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance testing frameworks and strategies.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using tools like JMeter, Gatling, k6, or LoadRunner.
• Conduct load, stress, soak, and scalability testing across services and platforms.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics including CPU, memory, I/O, latency, and throughput.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in performance engineering or related roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with JMeter, Gatling, k6, or LoadRunner.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and optimizing system architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
• 3+ years of experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or DataDog.
• 5+ years of experience in scripting (Python, Bash) and programming languages (Java, Go, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
