You will own the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, from concept to final analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing strategies for paid media assets, bid/budget allocations, and partner evaluations.
- Design and execute rigorous A/B testing and experiment protocols using statistical significance to evaluate media effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign ROI, and improve click-to-form fill ratios.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine landing page copy and integrate testing into broader marketing strategies.
- Oversee budget and bid strategies across social, search, display, and other paid media programs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing substantial paid media budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Editor, and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, Reddit, and TikTok.
- Advanced analytical skills with practical experience using statistical analysis techniques.
- Expertise in reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Proven ability to implement multivariate testing and CRO initiatives.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of KPIs and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing paid media specifically within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in multivariate testing across social, search, and display.
- Experience in proactive partnership with media vendors.
