Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance test plans and scenarios using LoadRunner.
• Perform performance testing for web applications and services using HTTP/HTML protocols.
• Use AppDynamics to monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze response time, throughput, resource utilization, and system stability.
• Investigate performance issues and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for resolution.
• Gather and analyze performance testing requirements and translate them into measurable test objectives.
• Prepare performance test scripts, scenarios, workloads, and test data.
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests as required.
• Analyze test results and prepare performance test reports with recommendations.
• Maintain performance test scripts and assets for repeatable testing cycles.
• Collaborate with QA, development, infrastructure, and business teams to support performance engineering activities.

Experience Required:

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner.
• Good experience with AppDynamics for application performance monitoring and analysis.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTML protocols and web application performance testing.
• Experience identifying performance bottlenecks and analyzing application behavior.
• Good understanding of performance testing methodologies, workload modelling, and test execution.
• Experience with JMeter or Dynatrace will be an added advantage.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or any relevant post-graduation degree
