Description

You will own the performance testing and engineering for software systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation solutions to enhance system availability and performance.
• Utilize Dynatrace for real-time monitoring, diagnosing bottlenecks, and implementing tuning initiatives.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve application deployment processes and reliability.
• Proactively address automation and monitoring issues with hands-on support and timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter.
• Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Strong skills in Python or another coding framework.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and the software development life cycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex distributed system performance analysis.
• Background in application architecture or development.
