Description

You will lead performance testing efforts to ensure API scalability and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance test plans for targeted API endpoints.
• Select and utilize JMeter or LoadRunner to simulate real-world usage scenarios.
• Execute load tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and scalability issues.
• Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and automation scripts.
• Monitor system performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Strong scripting skills using Python or Java for test automation.
• Proven expertise in designing, conducting, and analyzing performance and load tests.
• Experience developing and maintaining testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing system bottlenecks.
• Ability to document technical findings and communicate results clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API performance testing at scale.
• Background in system architecture or DevOps practices.
