Description

You own the performance testing lifecycle, from planning and script development to execution, analysis, and reporting for application and infrastructure bottlenecks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance testing activities, defining test objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios using LoadRunner.
• Run load and stress tests, collect results, and analyze bottlenecks across application and infrastructure behavior.
• Validate performance metrics against targets and produce detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and support performance tuning efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in LoadRunner for building, running, and maintaining performance test scripts.
• Strong ability to perform performance analysis and interpret results to identify system bottlenecks.
• Experience with load, stress, and performance validation methodologies.
• Demonstrated test execution discipline, including repeatable runs, data setup, and defect/performance issue reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JMeter for performance testing and scripting.
