Description

You own the strategy and execution of performance testing across the application lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated performance tests using JMeter and Micro Focus Performance Center.
• Plan performance testing cycles, including test strategy, workload modeling, estimation, and test case design.
• Perform detailed performance analysis on pre-production and production environments across application, database (AWR), OS, and network layers.
• Integrate performance testing jobs into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex issues like memory leaks and thread contention.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in performance engineering.
• Expert proficiency with JMeter and Micro Focus Performance Center.
• Strong experience with AWR Analysis for database performance.
• Proficiency using AppDynamics and Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
• Experience integrating performance testing within CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle database environments.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
