Description

You will own the execution and analysis of system performance testing efforts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance test plans, scenarios, and automated scripts.
• Conduct load and performance testing using NeoLoad and LoadRunner.
• Analyze test results, generate performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Troubleshoot performance issues in collaboration with development and systems teams.
• Review system and business requirements to ensure testability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad.
• Strong proficiency with LoadRunner, including VuGen and scripting.
• Experience in performance testing, load testing, and scalability evaluation.
• Scripting skills for performance automation.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and automation practices.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of system architecture and requirements.
