Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance test scenarios for web and enterprise applications using LoadRunner.
• Develop workload models, test scripts, and execution plans based on business transaction volumes.
• Analyze test results to identify application bottlenecks and support tuning recommendations.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams during performance test cycles and issue triage.
• Prepare performance test reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in performance testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing and LoadRunner.
• Experience creating and maintaining performance test scripts and test scenarios.
• Ability to analyze response times, throughput, and system behavior under load.
• Experience with test execution, defect analysis, and performance reporting.

Good to Have:

• JMeter experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
