Senior Performance Testing Engineer

You will own the performance testing lifecycle for our applications, ensuring stability and scalability under load.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test cases, including benchmark, load, stress, and endurance tests.
• Set up performance test environments and manage test data efficiently.
• Analyze CPU, memory, network, and database metrics to identify bottlenecks and memory leaks.
• Implement data-driven solutions to enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports, and detailed defect documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Strong proficiency in Apache JMeter for load and stress testing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing concepts and execution.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into them.
• Ability to analyze application logs and server metrics (CPU, memory, DB).
• Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify performance degradation.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
