Description

You will develop and maintain complex PHP applications throughout the full software development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write quality code tailored to specific customer needs and configurations.
• Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, collaborating with senior team members when necessary.
• Follow established company release processes and suggest platform improvements.
• Communicate with partners and clients as required by the project scope.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of professional PHP experience.
• Strong working knowledge of PHP versions 7.3 through 8.1.
• Clear understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, anti-patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with relational database management systems (DBMS).
• Proficiency with version control and project tools such as Git, SVN, or Atlassian products.
• Experience implementing testing layers, including unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Knowledge of algorithms and distributed systems.
• Academic background in IT or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce solutions like Magento, Prestashop, CS-Cart, xCart, or PHP CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6).
• Experience with service or microservices-oriented architecture in an e-commerce context.
