Description

You will own the end-to-end PHP project lifecycle, from architecture and development to testing and deployment, while coordinating on-site activities between clients, stakeholders, and offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage on-site project delivery.
• Coordinate daily activities between on-site and offshore development teams to align goals and timelines.
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality code and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PHP development with strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization techniques.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and deployment processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively in an on-site/offshore model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
