Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications while providing technical leadership to the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead application design and architecture, conducting code reviews and technical triage.
• Own the assignment and delegation of critical tasks throughout the agile delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor team members to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality software.
• Implement best practices for security, performance, and code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver solutions meeting customer needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on PHP development experience.
• Deep experience with the CodeIgniter framework and its ecosystem.
• Expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL or similar enterprise databases.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong implementation skills with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience using Git for version control.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of C# and ability to troubleshoot legacy components.
• Ability to propose workarounds using PHP or web technologies when source code is unavailable.
