Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services using PHP and Laravel within a microservices architecture on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support application functionality.
• Develop and maintain microservices architectures on AWS infrastructure.
• Debug complex code issues and optimize SQL queries for performance.
• Apply SOLID design principles to ensure maintainable, object-oriented codebases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated backend programming experience.
• Advanced proficiency with PHP and strong experience with Object-Oriented (OO) languages.
• Hands-on experience with the Laravel framework.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
