You will own advanced PL/SQL development, tuning, and optimization for high-volume enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced PL/SQL development, tuning, and optimization for high-volume enterprise applications.
  • Perform complex dependency analysis, execution plan evaluation, and performance diagnostics.
  • Handle exception management, deployment scripting, documentation, and enhancement review.
  • Collaborate with DBAs, offshore teams, and client stakeholders to drive performance initiatives.
  • Support iterative improvement cycles, performance reporting, and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of hands-on PL/SQL development experience.
  • Strong expertise in database performance tuning, optimization, and query plan analysis.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and Database Optimization & Tuning.
  • Experience using monitoring tools and performance dashboards.
  • Proficiency in automation, scripting, and performance review documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong leadership traits with experience managing iterative improvement processes.
