Description

Design and implement scalable digital solutions, data integrations, and automated email campaigns on the Braze platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect data feeds, platform configurations, and components for complex automated email campaigns.
• Translate business, marketing, and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and serve as the Braze platform subject matter expert.
• Resolve technical issues, including client data feed errors.
• Develop project scoping guidelines, best practices, and improve internal systems based on industry standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of architecture experience specifically with the Braze platform.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software or platform architecture.
• Experience with cross-channel marketing including Email, Android/iOS Push, SMS, and Web Push.
• Previous consulting experience with client-facing technical leadership.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Experience scoping and estimating technical projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
