Description

You will own the reliability, performance, and automation of multi-region Kubernetes platforms and media infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate multi-region Kubernetes clusters with secure networking and zero-downtime deployments.
• Own reliability and performance of signaling, SFU/media nodes, TURN, routing, failover, and capacity planning.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and automation using Terraform, Helm, GitOps, and CI/CD.
• Define and operate SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response, and publish postmortems for operational excellence.
• Deliver strong observability with metrics, logs, tracing, and real-time QoE/latency monitoring.

Required Skills

• 4-10 years of DevOps or Platform engineering experience.
• Production operations of Kubernetes at scale (multi-cluster/multi-region).
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP for multi-region reliability.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes-based deployment practices.
• Infrastructure-as-Code and delivery automation with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Azure DevOps for CI/CD and build/release workflows.
