Description

You will manage the maintenance, updates, and integration of warehouse systems to support evolving business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update warehouse systems, including WMS, WCS, Voice, Reporting, and Slotting.
• Develop reports, alerts, dashboards, and health checks to monitor system status.
• Lead projects from requirement gathering through implementation, configuration, and user training.
• Test and support integrations with boundary systems and third-party vendor tools.
• Analyze data and technical requirements to propose solutions that mitigate risk and impact.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in system implementations or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Proficiency with BI and Analytic tools.
• Experience managing and configuring complex supply chain systems.
• Knowledge of integration methods including JSON, XML, FTP, sockets, and Python.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to Distribution Managers and stakeholders.
• Capacity to travel 50-75% of the time, including some weekends.
• Availability for a 24/7 on-call rotation during a scheduled one-week period.

Preferred Skills

• Manhattan Active WMS experience.
• Experience with Material Handling (Sortation, Conveyor) and voice pick systems.
