Description

You will design, implement, and manage automated CI/CD platforms and cloud-native internal development tools.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and development workflows.
• Build high-performance tools and custom operators for managing containerized workloads across environments.
• Implement observability frameworks, security practices, and auto-healing systems to reduce toil.
• Manage distributed systems and champion incident response, including on-call rotations and blameless postmortems.
• Optimize cloud costs, security, and scalability using FinOps principles.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong software engineering background in Go or Java.
• Experience building internal platforms and tools rather than just managing infrastructure.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with cloud-native development using AWS or GCP APIs and SDKs.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Proven ability to design and build API services.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in monitoring and alerting using Prometheus and Grafana.
