You will own the design, optimization, and resilience of core platform infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Identify performance bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement system optimizations while establishing benchmarks and capacity-planning standards.
Lead advanced troubleshooting and technical support efforts, managing escalations and coordinating resolutions with vendors.
Design and test disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure high system resilience and business continuity.
Architect and configure complex, highly available, and scalable systems in alignment with industry best practices.
Maintain a knowledge base, deliver training, and mentor junior engineers to promote consistent documentation.
Required Skills
5+ years of relevant platforms engineer experience in enterprise systems engineering.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux distributions (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu).
Extensive experience managing large-scale Windows and Linux environments.
Deep understanding of Active Directory architecture and Linux identity management (LDAP, Kerberos, SSSD).
Strong scripting and automation skills across PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and Linux-native configuration management tools.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid integration strategies.
Knowledge of IAM and IGA technologies.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in PAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk).
