You will own the design, optimization, and resilience of core platform infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Identify performance bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement system optimizations while establishing benchmarks and capacity-planning standards.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and technical support efforts, managing escalations and coordinating resolutions with vendors.
- Design and test disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure high system resilience and business continuity.
- Architect and configure complex, highly available, and scalable systems in alignment with industry best practices.
- Maintain a knowledge base, deliver training, and mentor junior engineers to promote consistent documentation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant platforms engineer experience in enterprise systems engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux distributions (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu).
- Extensive experience managing large-scale Windows and Linux environments.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory architecture and Linux identity management (LDAP, Kerberos, SSSD).
- Strong scripting and automation skills across PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and Linux-native configuration management tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid integration strategies.
- Knowledge of IAM and IGA technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in PAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk).
- Experience implementing zero-trust architectures.
