Description

You will own the architecture, stability, and modernization of enterprise Unified Communications platforms across Cisco and Microsoft ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead L3/L4 engineering support and lifecycle management for Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, and CER.
• Design and validate dial plan architecture, call routing logic, and high-availability redundancy models.
• Engineer and optimize Oracle SBC configurations, SIP trunk integrations, and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
• Manage TLS/SRTP encryption, certificate lifecycle, and SSO identity integrations with enterprise authentication platforms.
• Review and approve production-impacting configuration changes, ensuring compliance with ITIL change management and CAB processes.

Required Skills

• 11-15 years of enterprise Unified Communications engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking, and Oracle SBC.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and advanced VoIP fundamentals (RTP, SRTP, codecs, QoS).
• Proven capability in SIP ladder analysis, call flow troubleshooting, and network-level diagnostics.
• Experience operating within regulated financial services environments with strict change management controls.
• Working knowledge of Python and Ansible for automation alignment.
• Experience developing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.

Preferred Skills

• Disaster recovery design validation experience.
