Description

You will own the technical delivery and evolution of our ServiceNow platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management modules, integrating with enterprise systems.
• Partner with product owners to define application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Design, develop, test, and implement full-stack technical solutions within Agile teams.
• Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of platform solutions.
• Mentor engineers through code and architecture reviews and drive complex cross-functional initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform and application development.
• Expert level in ServiceNow platform scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects (tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, etc.).
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations within ServiceNow.
• 3+ years experience in IT Asset Management.
• 3+ years experience in IT Operations Management.
• 3+ years experience in Workflow Development.
• Ability to draft technically focused user stories and acceptance criteria.
