Own the enterprise developer experience and SDLC platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient software delivery across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GitLab SCM, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development capabilities, including GitLab Duo and Runner infrastructure.
• Build reusable CI/CD templates, pipeline standards, and self-service capabilities to improve engineering velocity and consistency.
• Integrate platform tooling including SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, Mend SCA, and cloud identity services.
• Define standards for source control, branching strategies, merge workflows, and software supply chain security.
• Measure and report platform adoption, reliability, and developer productivity metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps roles.
• Deep expertise with GitLab CI/CD, SCM, and governance controls.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, SCA tools (Mend), and code quality scanners (SonarQube).
• Experience with artifact management (JFrog Artifactory) and cloud engineering platforms.
• Proficiency in designing APIs and integrating with identity services and observability platforms.
• Understanding of SDLC processes, architecture patterns, and cybersecurity standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
