Design, build, and manage the software systems and infrastructure that power our services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform capabilities to increase speed to market while ensuring observability, reliability, and deployability.
• Advise on infrastructure upgrades and execute technical transitions.
• Define the platform and technology roadmap in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and security experts.
• Mentor and educate agile teams on DevOps best practices and platform-level solution design.
• Champion hands-on DevOps practices to improve the experience for millions of users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Extensive experience with Puppet for Linux management.
• Proficiency with Kafka, MySQL, and the ELK stack.
• Experience managing and debugging solutions involving Salt, Ansible, or RPMs.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud PaaS, specifically AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Open Telekom Cloud.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying scalable services across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing and debugging distributed services in high-volume transaction environments.
• Ability to decompose services into performance, reliability, security, scalability, usability, and compliance concerns.
