Description

You will architect technology strategies and system-based solutions for Engineering and Manufacturing platforms, specifically focusing on Windchill-based PLM processes.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into technical solutions for PLM and Enterprise Engineering/Manufacturing platforms.
• Analyze, improve, and maintain Windchill-based PLM business processes and solutions.
• Design and implement business processes while providing technical mentorship to the Windchill development team.
• Capture requirements and build project plans through the complete delivery lifecycle.
• Document and supervise business requests in defect tracking systems and deliver user training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of PLM software implementation experience in PDM, NPI, CAD, BOM Management, MRP, Supply Chain, development, or operations engineering.
• 7+ years of experience building enterprise-class systems through the entire SDLC.
• Expertise in PLM and engineering processes and systems.
• Strong project management, analytical, and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and work independently.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PTC Windchill PLM and 5Why methodologies.
• Experience with SAP systems integration, Confluence, JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and SAP HANA.
• Background in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
