Description

You will lead the functional design and end-to-end implementation of PTC Windchill PLM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Windchill modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink, and PartsLink.
• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analyses, and define to-be architecture and roadmaps.
• Drive solution design workshops and document key architectural decisions.
• Support the integration of Windchill with ERP, MES, and CAD systems.
• Manage offshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure project execution.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in PLM consulting with a focus on PTC Windchill.
• Proven track record leading large-scale PLM implementations and upgrades.
• Expertise in Windchill configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of BOM, Change Management, Document Management, Manufacturing Process Management, and Quality processes.
• Experience with Windchill-ERP integrations and CAD data management.
• Proficiency with PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink, and PartsLink.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ThingWorx Navigate, IoT applications, and Kepware.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, Jenkins, GitHub, and Windchill REST/SOAP services.
• Exposure to DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and ITIL processes.
