Description

You will lead the functional design and end-to-end implementation of PTC Windchill PLM transformation programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation for Windchill solutions including PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink, and PartsLink.
• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, and define to-be architecture and roadmaps.
• Drive solution design workshops and document key design decisions.
• Support integration of Windchill with ERP, MES, and CAD systems using Rest/SOAP services.
• Manage offshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure timely project execution and support pre-sales activities.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in PLM consulting with a focus on PTC Windchill.
• Hands-on experience in Windchill configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of BOM, Change Management, Document Management, Manufacturing Process Management, and Quality processes.
• Experience with Windchill-ERP integrations and CAD data management.
• Proficiency with PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink, and PartsLink.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work within Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with Rest/SOAP services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ThingWorx Navigate, IoT applications, and Kepware.
• Exposure to DevOps tools including Jenkins and GitHub.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and industrial automation.
