Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain PL/SQL programs including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers

* Optimize database performance through performance tuning techniques

* Support integrations with Oracle HCM systems

* Resolve technical issues related to database and HCM modules

* Work with HCM data models and support data migration activities

* Collaborate on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS implementations and enhancements

Required Skills:

* Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

* Expertise in stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers

* Performance tuning of Oracle databases

* Experience with Oracle HCM (Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS)

* Knowledge of HCM data models

* Experience with data migration and integrations

* Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

* 6+ years of relevant experience

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

* Oracle HCM Extracts

* HDL (HCM Data Loader)

* BI Publishe
