Description

Lead technical delivery for PL/SQL development within the CPG/Retail domain. Own the release pipeline and serve as the primary technical contact for client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to define solution requirements.
• Coordinate technical workflows between onsite and offshore development teams.
• Resolve day-to-day technical and functional queries for the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate rapid problem resolution.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in the CPG or Retail domain, specifically within the Digital Shelf area.
• Expertise in PL/SQL and writing stored procedures.
• Experience working with Salsify.
• Proven ability to work directly with client technical and business teams.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Availability to support critical activities as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing distributed onsite and offshore teams.
