You will manage resource planning, allocation, and demand-supply workflows to optimize talent utilization.

Responsibilities

• Execute resource planning, allocation, and internal bench management.
• Assign personnel to projects based on skill sets, experience, and availability.
• Generate and deliver reports on utilization, allocation, bench, and roll-off metrics.
• Drive demand forecasting, campus deployment, and engagement processes.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure efficient resource allocation and process alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in resource management or similar PMO functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Solid understanding of resourcing and recruitment workflows.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and networking skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of services business models.
• Knowledge of tech stacks required for data, analytics, and ML-AI projects.
