You will manage resource planning, allocation, and demand-supply workflows to optimize talent utilization.
Responsibilities
- Execute resource planning, allocation, and internal bench management.
- Assign personnel to projects based on skill sets, experience, and availability.
- Generate and deliver reports on utilization, allocation, bench, and roll-off metrics.
- Drive demand forecasting, campus deployment, and engagement processes.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure efficient resource allocation and process alignment.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in resource management or similar PMO functions.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Solid understanding of resourcing and recruitment workflows.
- Proven ability in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and networking skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of services business models.
- Knowledge of tech stacks required for data, analytics, and ML-AI projects.
