Description

You will manage complex, senior-level SAP-related technology projects and programs within the Infrastructure Platform services PMO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intricate programs spanning multiple departments, collaborating with external vendors and sub-vendors to ensure successful execution.
• Direct technical leads, project team members, and contractors to drive project success and operational readiness.
• Manage project lifecycles using formal techniques to control schedules, mitigate risks, implement change management, and oversee budget reporting.
• Develop and maintain critical documentation including Project Charters, Management Plans, Requirements, Design documents, Test Plans, and Implementation Plans.
• Assist in creating Statements of Work (SOW) for RFPs and evaluate vendor responses.

Required Skills

• Minimum seven years of hands-on Program and Project management experience, specifically with SAP Infrastructure-related projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project Professional 2010, MS Project Server (EPM), Primavera, or similar project management tools.
• Experience establishing and maintaining SharePoint project sites within an EPM system.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Expertise in project documentation, including design documents and requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
