Description

Manage a portfolio of concurrent IT projects for government entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and timelines using Microsoft Project.
• Execute risk management processes to identify and mitigate project threats.
• Perform business process reviews and gap analyses.
• Lead Agile ceremonies using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Apply project management principles across complex IT initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years applying project management principles and tools.
• 4+ years as a Senior PM leading large or complex IT projects.
• 5+ years managing a portfolio of at least three projects.
• 3+ years in schedule management and Microsoft Project.
• 2+ years in risk management.
• 2+ years in business process review and gap analysis.
• 1+ year as a Senior PM implementing IT projects for federal, state, or local entities.
• 1+ year leading Agile ceremonies.
• Valid PMP certification from PMI.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years of additional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• 2+ years as a Senior PM on large-scale business system modernization projects.
• 2+ years applying Agile SCRUM methodologies to IT projects.
