Description

Lead functional analysis, solution design, and architecture for enterprise POS initiatives. This role drives the POS roadmap, manages stakeholder collaboration, and mentors analysts to ensure successful delivery of retail technology solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and solution design for enterprise POS initiatives and architecture vision.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and system requirements for scalable POS solutions.
• Design integrations with payment gateways, inventory, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Create documentation including F-Specs, business process flows, user stories, and deployment procedures.
• Mentor junior and senior analysts on POS best practices and lead root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in POS systems and retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, POS integrations, and transactional/master data.
• Experience with Business Rules Framework, patches, upgrades, and support packs.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions integrating multiple enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise retail transformation programs.
• Agile delivery and functional architecture expertise.
