Description

Design, develop, and enhance applications for the Upstream Business Unit using Microsoft Power Platform and full-stack technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications using Microsoft Power Platform alongside .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Interact directly with end users, including engineers and earth scientists, to define and validate requirements.
• Mentor early career developers to promote robust solution development practices.
• Collaborate within a co-located Scrum team using Agile methodologies.
• Lead small development teams and engage directly with customers.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong development history in Microsoft environments using .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Proven experience in the Upstream business segment of the hydrocarbon industry.
• Practical experience working with Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Sprints.
• Experience leading small development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Full stack development capabilities alongside Power Platform expertise.
