Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of client-facing Power Apps Portals and model-driven applications. You work directly with Enterprise Architecture to define process models and data validation logic, ensuring application behavior aligns with business requirements. You manage the application baseline across Dev, Stage, and Production environments, utilizing Power Apps Pipelines for reliable tier transitions. You collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to translate user needs into functional specifications and technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client-facing web sites and forms using Power Apps Portals.
• Implement model-driven apps and canvas apps within the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
• Manage application baselines and execute deployments across three environments using Power Apps Pipelines.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to perform process modeling and establish data validation processes.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 14 years experience in lieu of degree).
• Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Strong command of Dataverse data platform, including data table maintenance and large-scale data modeling.
• Development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Liquid, and FetchXML.
• Experience building reports, charts, and graphs using Power BI.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into functional user stories and backlog items.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing data models in Dynamics 365.
• Experience developing SharePoint customized apps and modern pages on SharePoint Online.
