Required Technical Skills 

• Microsoft Power Apps: Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, responsive design, components, forms, views, and dashboards. 

• Microsoft Dataverse: data modelling, security, business rules, virtual tables, calculated and rollup fields, search, and governance. 

• Power Automate: Dataverse-triggered workflows, error handling, connectors, integration, and process automation. 

• Development: Power Fx, C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XRM Framework, Dataverse SDK, plugins, custom APIs, and web resources. 

• Integration: REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, Databricks datasets, authentication, and secure enterprise integration patterns. 

• ALM and DevOps: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, solution packaging, environment variables, connection references, and automated deployment. 

• Security and quality: RBAC, least privilege, secure coding, testing, logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. 

Experience & Qualifications 

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with strong recent hands-on delivery experience on Microsoft Power Platform. 

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Power Apps and Dataverse solutions across development, testing, deployment, and production support. 

• Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration, security, governance, and application lifecycle management. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment.
