Responsibilities

• Architect and build automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop proof of concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Apply enterprise integration patterns to connect disparate systems.
• Implement AI-enabled automation features within the Power Platform.
• Operate independently to define solution scope and delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep expertise in Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to design scalable, future-ready automation solutions.
• Proven track record of translating business ideas into technical implementations.
• Solid technical judgment in solution architecture.
• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Builder or custom AI models in Power Platform.
• Knowledge of governance and security best practices for Power Platform.
