Description

Lead the technical direction and support of an enterprise Power BI environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex reports and dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling.
• Troubleshoot dataset refresh issues, gateways, permissions, and performance bottlenecks.
• Support tenants with implementation challenges and drive Power BI adoption across the organization.
• Lead Center of Excellence (COE) office hours and user education sessions.
• Collaborate with technical and business partners to implement BI best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience supporting Enterprise BI environments and troubleshooting complex datasets.
• Proven ability to work within Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI Premium and Microsoft Fabric capacities.
• Knowledge of SSRS modernization and migration to Power BI or PBIRS.
• Familiarity with enterprise BI governance, RLS/OLS, and secure data practices.
