Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex data models and analytical dashboards to drive business insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Lead design sessions with business users to gather requirements and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Develop and deploy custom visuals and assets within Power BI.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of built assets while ensuring efficient data use.
• Partner with development teams to implement data design standards and processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in BI analytics, report creation, and dashboard development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and ETL processes.
• Deep experience in database design and logical/physical data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL DB technology across multiple platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and insurance industry data.
• Experience with MapReduce programming models.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud DB approaches and No-SQL modeling.
• Knowledge of administrative properties in both Power BI and Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Expert Erwin data modeling skills.
