Description

You will lead the technical delivery of BI and analytics platforms while mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of BI engineering teams, managing onshore and offshore resources.
• Define and implement technical best practices, coding standards, and process compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and create wireframes.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical reviews, and architecture assessments to mitigate project risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing the delivery and operation of BI and analytics platforms.
• Expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Paginated Reports.
• Strong data visualization practices and data modeling skills.
• Experience supporting reporting data layers, preferably in Databricks.
• Proven delivery management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating legacy reporting from Cognos or Tableau to Power BI.
• Domain experience in life insurance, specifically covering claims, policy, or underwriting.
