Description

Lead data modeling and visualization efforts using Power BI to drive business insights. You will migrate existing Cognos reports into the Power BI environment and manage data from SQL Server and Oracle sources.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex data models within Power BI.
• Develop data visualizations and implement DAX expressions for advanced analytics.
• Migrate existing Cognos reports into the Power BI environment.
• Query and manage data from SQL Server and Oracle sources.
• Document technical processes and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience working with Power BI.
• Proven experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong expertise in using DAX expressions.
• Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience migrating reports from Cognos to Power BI.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI Certification.
