Description

You will own the design, build, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and Paginated Reports for business use.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced DAX calculations, data models, and data transformations to support analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Integrate data from SQL databases, ERP/Insurance systems, REST APIs, and cloud data warehouses.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and governance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Expert proficiency in Power BI (Reports, Service, Embedded).
• Strong knowledge of DAX and data modeling principles.
• Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and SQL Server.
• Experience integrating data from ERP/Insurance systems and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, including SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Advanced Excel skills for analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and Spark.
