Description

Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions by translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will own the development of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems while supporting stakeholders with troubleshooting and data source management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems based on stakeholder requirements.
• Gather business requirements to define technical designs and provide project estimates.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions using execution plans and indexes.
• Maintain business information models and data mapping processes.
• Support business users with report development, troubleshooting, and data source updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in data analysis, data management, and report development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI development.
• Expertise in SQL for querying relational databases, data profiling, and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Proven experience working within Agile project methodologies.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently to deliver high-detail requirements under strict timelines.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using DAX and Power Query M for data manipulation.
• Proficiency with Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Python, or R.
