KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
• Build scalable Power BI semantic models using star schema and dimensional modeling.
• Develop advanced DAX measures, KPIs, and analytical calculations.
• Perform data transformation using Power Query / M and develop optimized SQL queries.
• Integrate Power BI with databases, cloud platforms, ERP systems, and other data sources.
• Work with Azure Data Factory and Snowflake for enterprise data integration and analytics.
• Manage Power BI Service, workspaces, apps, gateways, refresh schedules, and deployment pipelines.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), data governance, security, and BI development standards.
• Optimize reports, semantic models, queries, and data refresh performance.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Support enterprise data modernization, including Oracle ERP on-premises to cloud transformation.

🔹 REQUIRED SKILLS
• 9+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Power BI, or related technologies.
• Strong Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service experience.
• Advanced DAX, Power Query / M, SQL, and Power BI data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT, and data quality.
• Azure Data Factory and Snowflake experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Gateway, incremental refresh, composite models, DirectQuery, and Import models.
• Strong Power BI security, governance, deployment, and performance optimization experience.
• Oracle ERP, SAP, or other enterprise application experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
